Terms and Conditions
Terms of service for Epro.io hosting, VPS, server and cloud infrastructure services. This is a public offer: paying for any service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1.General provisions
These terms govern the relationship between Epro.io MMC (the "Provider"), registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and individuals or legal entities (the "Customer") ordering Epro.io services.
Payment for any Epro.io service constitutes the Customer's unconditional acceptance of these terms. This document is a public offer within the meaning of the civil legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Provider's legal address: 129 Heydar Huseynov Street, Block A, 1st floor, Baku AZ1010, Azerbaijan.
2.Definitions
- Service — any product from the Epro.io catalog: hosting, VPS, VDS, dedicated server, Private Cloud, backup, domain, SSL certificate.
- Billing — Customer's account at billing.epro.io.
- Subscription period — the paid period of service use (month, quarter, year).
- Auto-renewal — automatic extension of the subscription for a new period after the paid one ends.
- SLA — the stated service uptime level: 99.6% for hosting, VPS, VDS.
3.Services and activation
The Provider offers the following services:
- VPS / VDS, Hosting, Dedicated Server, 1C / CRM / ERP Server, Private Cloud, Backup / Storage
- Domain registration and maintenance (.az, .com, .io etc.), SSL certificates

VPS, VDS and hosting are activated automatically after payment, typically within minutes. Dedicated servers and Private Cloud are activated within 1–3 business days (timing is agreed separately).
4.Order and payment
- The Customer creates an account in Billing, selects a service and pays for it.
- Payment is made in AZN — by bank card, bank transfer or via POS terminal at our office in Baku.
- Service prices are listed at epro.io and may change prior to payment. Existing subscriptions are charged at the price in effect at the time of order.
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default. The Customer may disable it in Billing at any time.
5.Obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes to:
- Provide services with the stated 99.6% SLA (for hosting, VPS, VDS).
- Provide technical support in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
- Store Customer data on Tier III Data Center equipment in Baku.
- Notify of scheduled maintenance at least 24 hours in advance, and of urgent maintenance at least 12 hours in advance.
The Customer undertakes to:
- Pay for services on time.
- Keep contact details up to date in Billing.
- Comply with the acceptable use policy (Section 6).
- Not share passwords or access credentials with third parties.
- Independently maintain the security of own sites and applications.
6.What is prohibited (Acceptable Use Policy)
When using Epro.io services, the following are prohibited:
- Hosting illegal content: pirated material, extremist content, child exploitation material, copyright-infringing content.
- Sending spam (email, SMS, messengers) — even if recipients have opted in to receive marketing.
- Launching DDoS attacks, port scanning, exploiting vulnerabilities in third-party systems.
- Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting (allowed on VPS, VDS and dedicated).
- Using services for phishing, fraud, open SMTP relay or open proxy.
- Any activity violating the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
An AUP violation is grounds for immediate service suspension without prior notice. The Customer is notified by email.
7.Suspension and deletion
- Upon non-payment within 7 days after the end of the paid period, the service is suspended; data is retained for another 30 days.
- After 30 days of suspension, the service and data are deleted with no possibility of recovery.
- On AUP violation — immediate suspension. A notice is sent to the Customer's email.
- The Customer may cancel a service at any time independently in Billing (details on the refund page).
8.Refunds and personal data
Refund terms are described in a separate document: Cancellation & Refunds Policy — the 30-day guarantee, procedure and processing times.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Epro.io Privacy Policy.
Epro.io holds a license for the formation of personal data information resources in the Republic of Azerbaijan and is registered as a telecommunications service provider.
9.Liability and force majeure
The Provider is liable for service availability within the stated SLA. Responsibility for content on the Customer's site, server or application rests entirely with the Customer.
The Provider is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or data loss in the absence of Customer-side backups.
The maximum compensation does not exceed the service cost for the period in which the incident occurred.
Force majeure: the parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure — natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, government decisions, backbone network outages.
10.Disputes, jurisdiction, changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Disputes are resolved through written claim. A claim is sent to the other party's email, with a 30-day response window. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the court at the Provider's location (Baku).
The Provider may update these terms. The current version and update date are on this page. The terms in effect at the time of subscription order apply to existing subscriptions. This version is effective from 10 June 2026.
